Who should attend.
Attendees should have a good understanding of traffic signal terminology and operation, typically gained through experience or by attending training such as the IHE Traffic Signals or JCT Introduction to Traffic Signals Courses.
In addition attendees with access to a working UTC SCOOT system will benefit most from the course.
